Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Wrong product delivered
π Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
β Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Change of mind / dislike of fragrance or texture
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Minor packaging variations (color/print changes)
This policy is in line with hygiene and safety standards.

π Replacement or Refund Process
If approved, we will offer:
Replacement, or
Refund, as applicable
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Timeline: 5β7 working days after approval
π Return Shipping
If the issue is from our side (damaged / wrong product), return shipping will be arranged by us.
In other cases, we are unable to process returns.

Return requests without proper images/videos may not be approved
